Wayne Rooney turns up to Manchester United training twice at Carrington in a Ford and a Range Rover

England international started his first league game in 2017 as United frustratingly drew with Bournemouth at Old Trafford

TWO Wayne Rooney's showed up at Manchester United's training ground today, one in a Range Rover and the other in a Ford van.

The difference between the two, is that one of them was United legend in the flesh, whilst the other was a cut out mask, strapped to a passenger seat.

The mask of Rooney's face in an Initial van had a cheesy grin, with a red Manchester United woolly hat wrapped around his head.

This is a stark contrast to the look that was on the real Rooney, who squinted as he drove - with both visors blocking out the beaming sun.

Rooney recently celebrated with Tony Bellew at the O2 Arena following the Bomber's shock victory over David Haye.

The England international's future at Old Trafford is continuing to be in doubt, with United ready to let him leave for another Premier League club for NOTHING this summer.

Rooney has featured in 30 of Manchester United's 44 games this season and has netted just five times for Jose Mourinho.

The 31-year-old started in United's frustrating 1-1 draw at home to Bournemouth - which is the striker's first Premier League start in 2017.

Rooney's last league start before Saturday came in a 2-0 victory over West Brom at the Hawthorns on December 17th.
