Frank Lampard on Manchester United star Paul Pogba: ‘With a £90m price tag you expect a lot more… he hasn’t delivered’
Chelsea legend made the comments whilst working for Sky Sports ahead of the Blues' match against West Ham
FRANK LAMPARD gave a very honest assessment of Paul Pogba and admits he expects to see more from the Manchester United midfielder.
Pogba's move to Old Trafford last summer made him the most expensive footballer in the world and is yet to hit the heights of his £90million transfer fee.
The Chelsea legend was speaking on Sky Sports, ahead of the Blues' game against West Ham, as he questioned the player's role in Jose Mourinho's XI.

Lampard said: "When you have a £90m price tag on your shoulders, you want to see results. He hasn’t quite delivered.
"If you want him to be the Paul Scholes of your midfield, is that a £90m player?
"If he plays there regularly and scores goals then it will change? Juan Mata scores goal, important ones.
"You expect Pogba to contribute a lot.

“Say Antoine Griezmann comes in, then you’ve got to play him. Pogba will have to go into one of the wider areas and swap him with Martial.
“Pogba’s qualities are more central and shifting him around is the problem.”
Lampard praised his former Chelsea teammate, Mata, and highlighted the fact the Spaniard nets crucial goals for the Red Devils.
Mata, 28, has scored nine goals for Man Utd this season - two more than Pogba - as he netted against title-rivals Manchester City and Arsenal.
Mata arrived at Old Trafford in deal worth in region of £40million, which is less than half of Pogba's staggering transfer fee.
