Luis Enrique admits he injured himself after wild celebrations following Barcelona’s win over Paris Saint-Germain

LUIS ENRIQUE injured himself after celebrating Barcelona's phenomenal comeback over Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.

Enrique slid to his brought to his knees at full time and joked he "left some ligaments"; out on the turf at the Nou Camp.

The Spaniard and the rest of Barcelona's bench erupted in celebration after the unforgettable 5-1 win, following Sergi Roberto's 95th minute winner.

Barca became the first team in Champions League history to overturn a four-goal deficit and Enrique has no regrets about his hardcore celebration.

Enrique said: "I left some ligaments on the pitch but it was worth it!"

He added: "I was brought to my knees. I would like to thank everyone who kept their faith after we lost 4-0. This is dedicated to them because this isn't the Harlem Globetrotters, this is football.

"I don't think anyone stopped believing. After seeing them sit back despite the goal, the team were incredible.

"We risked everything and it paid off. You get finales like this very occasionally in football and this time it was our turn.

"A feat like this does everyone good and Im delighted to enjoy a moment like this. The key was our efficiency. The sixth goal was scored with the hope of the fan who was on the other side of the world."

Former Barcelona boss, Pep Guardiola, also wanted to praise Barca for defying the odds and knocking out PSG.

Guardiola said: "I'd like to congratulate FC Barcelona, it's an amazing result they got tonight."

This came after Manchester City drew 0-0 with Stoke at the Etihad, as they now trail Chelsea by ten points.
