Mesut Ozil opens up about Arsenal future – revealing his time at the Emirates is still uncertain
German international's future hangs in the balance as he is yet to agree a new deal, with his current contract expiring in 2018
MESUT OZIL is yet to give a definitive answer on his Arsenal future but insists it does not depend on Arsene Wenger's decision.
The attacking midfielder has been tipped to leave the Emirates this summer, along with Wenger and Alexis Sanchez.
But speaking to , the German international spoke about how happy he is at Arsenal whilst discussing his future at the club.

Ozil, 28, said: "There were talks with the people in charge of Arsenal, but I am currently concentrating on the current season, just like the leaders of Arsenal.
"I’ve always said I feel happy at Arsenal: the club, the fans, the city – it’s all here.
"Arsene Wenger was one of the main reasons why I came to Arsenal but it would be wrong to say that my future depends only on the trainer."

Ozil also lifted the lid on the 'shoe ban' at Arsenal which sees players take off their shoes before they enter the changing room.
Wenger enforces this rule after picking up the tradition whilst managing Nagoya Grampus Eight in Japan from 1995-1996.
Ozil added: “We have a shoe ban, we have to take off our street shoes in the front and then go in socks.
"Our coach has trained in Japan and brought this tradition with him.”
