EDEN HAZARD has had a stellar season with Chelsea but he is now wanted by Real Madrid to become their next Galactico.
Blues forward has thrived under Antonio Conte this season and has scored 12 goals and provided eight assists for club and country this term.
According to , Los Blancos are intending to bring Hazard to the Bernabeu this summer, as they are also keeping tabs on his Blues teammate Thibaut Courtois.

Hazard's dazzling form this campaign could see him join the Spanish giants to become a long-term replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, alongside Gareth Bale.
The 26-year-old's arrival would see him join Zinedine Zidane's star-studded line up but Madrid do not fear having too many stars at their club.
And it's believed the European champions have devised a plan to land the Chelsea star, which could see Alvaro Morata and James Rodriguez leave the Bernabeu.

But despite Madrid's intentions, Courtois has previously stated his content at the London-based club and has been tipped to sign a new deal.
The Belgian 'keeper's current deal at Stamford Bridge expires in 2019.
