MARCO VERRATTI insists he will not be leaving Paris Saint-Germain for Barcelona.
The Italian midfielder has been linked with a move to the Catalan side this summer.
But speaking after Italy's win over Albania on Friday night, he quashed those rumours.
Verratti said "Going to Barcelona? No, I'm good in Paris: it's a great project and I think next year I will still play for PSG."
But his agent Donato Di Campli earlier in the season added fuel to the fire when he spoke on the Italians future.
He said "Right now he has a complicated situation that goes beyond his contract until 2021.
"He wants to win titles, among others the Champions, But in the PSG at the moment he can not.It matters much more to be a champion than to win money. In addition, any club can come to sign you and offer you the same amount. There is only one sure thing, if you leave the PSG will go to a European club "
