TIEMOUE BAKAYOKO is open to a move to Manchester United - but only if they qualify for the Champions League.
The Monaco star has been linked with a number of clubs around Europe since impressing for the Ligue 1 outfit this season.
But the are reporting that a switch to Old Trafford is at the top of his options but wants to know they will be playing in Europe's biggest club competition next season first.
A source told the MEN: "Tiemoue is listening to some clubs from England, including Manchester United, but there is nothing concrete right now.
"Manchester United is a big club and [Jose] Mourinho is a big coach, and Tiemoue needs a big coach to continue his progression.
"He wants to play in the Champions League and it will be a worry for a club that does not play in it. It will inevitably be taken into account."
Bakayoko is close friends with United star Anthony Martial and they could use that to their advantage in their chase.
But there have also been reports in recent weeks that the Frenchman has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea in a £35million move.
Bakayoko's brother and agent has since claimed his client is actually moving towards a move to rival French club Paris Saint-Germain.
