After the 0-0 draw at the Nou Camp, the two Italians then battled each-other as they both vied to take home Messi's shirt.
The two were playfully fighting one another for the 29-year-old's jersey, but Bonucci came out on top after the Barca star agreed to the swap.
Bonucci said after the game: "Getting Messi's shirt at the end of the game? I was pleased to have the jersey of the best player in the world. My son will be very happy."
Last week, Massimiliano Allegri's side swept the Catalan club away in Turin, winning 3-0 as Paulo Dybala scored a brilliant brace, before Chiellini added a third.
