ARSENAL are closing in on signing Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan to the Emirates to replace Mesut Ozil, according to reports in Turkey.
The 30-year-old is widely expected to move on from the Nou Camp in the summer after falling out of favour with departing manager Luis Enrique.
According to CNN Turk, the former Atletico Madrid star could leave the La Liga side for £20million after failing to impress the Catalan club.

He is seen as an ideal replacement for the Gunners' current record signing Mesut Ozil, whose contract runs out in 2018.
Turan himself has three years left to run on his deal with Barca, but has failed to break into their starting 11 due to inconsistent performances.
It has been reported that Turan would be more than happy to play in the Premier League for the North London giants, and would reject a move the Chinese Super League.
The Turkish international signed for Barcelona in 2015, but was unable to make his debut until January 2016 after their transfer ban was lifted.
He has scored 13 goals in all competitions this season, and has won two La Liga titles - one for Atletico and one for Barca, two Copa del Rey's and the UEFA Europa League.
