JOSE MOURINHO has launched a crackdown on Manchester United's stars using social media.
According to the , Mourinho is concerned about the amount of information his players are putting on the internet ahead of games.
The Portuguese wants United's players fully focussed on matchdays and is thought to have imposed a new set of rules over what they can publish.
The report states that Mourinho's men have been told not to publish any pictures from training from two days before games.
And they have even been banned from posting pictures from the TEAM BUS onto the likes of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.
It is claimed that Mourinho was livid when Luke Shaw posted footage of him training at home as he recovered from a groin injury in November.
Mourinho's assistant Rui Faria is then said to have privately scolded the England left-back as the online video suggested that United were not doing their job properly.
Many footballers have their own social media teams and the new policy has been communicated to all players and their representatives.
