ERIC BAILLY is facing the wrath of Jose Mourinho after becoming the first player to breach Manchester United's social media ban.
According to the Independent, the Special One is concerned about the amount of information his players are putting on the internet ahead of games.
Now it would appear Bailly is the first player to fall foul of the ban, posting a video of Juan Mata dancing on his Instagram page.
Despite the footage being filmed and posted before United have even left Manchester ahead of their Europa League clash with Celta Vigo in Spain, it still falls within the 48-hour window.
Last summer's signing could now face disciplinary action, as Mourinho has forced his players off Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat ahead of games.
Social media regular Paul Pogba came close to breaching the ban on Tuesday, when he uploaded a video of him signing autographs for fans.
However, that was just before the two-day window kicked in.
Bailly on the other end is well within the 48 hours, as United kick-off in Spain on Thursday May 4 at 8.05pm.
The Portuguese boss wants United‘s players fully focused on match-days and is thought to have imposed a new set of rules over what they can publish.
The report states that Mourinho’s men have been told not to publish any pictures from training from two days before games.
And they have even been banned from posting pictures from the team bus onto the likes of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.
It is claimed that Mourinho was left fuming when Luke Shaw posted footage of him training at home as he recovered from a groin injury in November.
