Left-back attracted interest from Prem's big boys after a stellar season

CELTIC star Kieran Tierney has snubbed interest from Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea.

The 19-year-old has been one of Celtic's outstanding players during their unbeaten campaign and was crowned Scotland's Young Player of the Year for a second successive season.

United boss Jose Mourinho was hoping Tierney could replace Luke Shaw whose future at Old Trafford looks bleak.

Antonio Conte was also plotting a £17million offer as the Italian wants to bolster Chelsea's squad with Champions League qualification in the bag.

But Tierney looks set to snub both clubs and declare his loyalty to Brendan Rodgers' side.

Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: "It's flattering, but I don't bother about it too much.

"My pals have been texting me and stuff like that, and it would play more in your head if you weren't happy at your club, but I'm happy at Celtic.

"It's just a story and I'm just concentrating on Celtic and my next training session."

Arsenal have also been linked with Tierney and his latest revelations may not stop the Premier League big boys from making summer enquiries.
