LEEDS have fined wantaway Charlie Taylor two weeks wages - as West Brom boss Tony Pulis confirmed he wants to sign the left-back.
Taylor has been slapped with a maximum club fine after refusing to play against Wigan last weekend.
Whites boss Garry Monk - who is to be offered a new five-year deal - slammed Taylor for his decision, saying he had been "naive" and "terribly advised."
Taylor's decision came amid interest from the Baggies, who have been tracking the 23-year-old academy graduate for months.
He is out of contract this summer and looks certain to leave Elland Road on a sour note.
And Baggies boss Pulis today admitted he wants to net Taylor and that the fee is poised to be set at a tribunal.
Pulis said: "There are a lot of clubs interested in Charlie Taylor. We're not the only club interested in him.
"Obviously he's been on our radar for a bit.
"It could go to a tribunal but our club would rather try and sort a deal out with Leeds if we're going to do it instead of going to tribunal."
Other Prem clubs are thought to be in the hunt for Taylor.
And he is now believed to have been reprimanded and fined at a disciplinary hearing on Monday.
Taylor has made 104 appearances for Leeds since making his debut in 2011 but signalled his intention to leave the club last July when he handed in a transfer request.
