Granada 1 Espanyol 2: Tony Adams’ nightmare reign in Spain comes to an end as he loses seventh game out of seven
Leo Baptistao and Ruben Vezo own-goal saw ex-Arsenal skipper fall to final loss despite Andreas Pereira strike
TONY ADAMS' nightmare reign in Spain ended without him picking up a single point.
In just three minutes the ex-Arsenal skipper's side fell behind to Espanyol when some disastrous defending allowed Leo Baptistao to tap in.
Granada were doomed five minutes later when Ruben Vezo inadvertently found the bottom corner of his own net when trying to cut out a cross.
Manchester United loanee Andreas Pereira curled in a beauty on 22 minutes, beating the keeper from just outside the box.
But it was not enough to salvage a single point for the ex-Arsenal skipper, who bows out of La Liga with seven defeats out of seven.
