CELTIC have clinched the Invincibles crown after a 2-0 win over Hearts.

And they have broke a string of other incredible records along the way.

The are the first side to go unbeaten in a league season in Scotland for more than a century.

were the last to achieve the feat in the 1898-99 season - but that was played over just 18 games.

By beating  today, the Hoops have finished the league season with 106 points.

And that breaks the record set by Martin O'Neill's Celtic team of the 2001-02 season when they finished with 103 points.

Winning the game gave Brendan Rodgers' side a record 34 victories in the course of the league campaign as well.

That beats another achievement by the Parkhead team of 2001-02 that finished with 33 wins.

And the current Celtic side have now gone one better than the seemingly unbeatable goals scored record of their 2001-02 counterparts.

By scoring two goals against the Jambos, the Hoops finished the league campaign with 106 goals.

All in all, it has been an incredible season for Celtic fans.

And Rodgers' team can still make it even better and win the Treble by beating in the Scottish Cup final next weekend.
