Marco Silva wanted by Crystal Palace as Hull boss considers Porto offer
Pundits thought the Portuguese was a dud when he arrived with zero English experience but he proved them wrong
CRYSTAL PALACE want to replace Sam Allardyce with Hull manager Marco Silva, according to reports.
The Tigers were relegated at the end of the Premier League season but Silva escaped with plenty of credit and is already a target for Portuguese giants Porto.
But claims the popular boss is now on the Eagles’ agenda and his list of suitors could grow even longer with Watford axing Walter Mazzarri and Southampton wavering on Claude Puel.
Silva took over Hull in January when they already looked dead and buried after a poor start under Mike Phelan.
The club picked up wins against Liverpool, Swansea, West Ham, Middlesbrough and Watford.
But a 4-0 thrashing against Crystal Palace on the penultimate game of the season sent them down.
