Here is all you need to know about the competition?

When is the Premier League Asia Trophy and who is taking part?

Liverpool, West Brom, Leicester and Crystal Palace will travel to Hong Kong to take part in the Premier League Asia Trophy.

All matches are set to take place at the Hong Kong Stadium although there has been talk of holding some games in Mainland China.

The tournament will be held from July 19 to July 22.

Unlike in all previous editions of the tournament, a local team is not set to take part.

What TV channel is the tournament on?

Sky Sports have announced they will show all Premier League Asia Trophy matches.

Ticketing information will be announced in June with Sky Sports set to confirm details of its coverage in due course.

Which team has won the most Premier League Asia Trophies?

Chelsea are the only team to have won the tournament twice.

The Blues were victorious in the inaugural 2003 competition in Malaysia and again in Hong Kong in 2011.

Bolton, Portsmouth, Tottenham, Manchester City and Arsenal have all won the competition once.

The Gunners triumphed Everton in the last final in 2015, which was played in Singapore.
