Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney has two mega-offers from China which would land him £50m over just two seasons

WAYNE ROONEY has plenty of options with his Manchester United exit set for this summer, including two proposals from the Chinese Super League that could net him £50MILLION in two years.

The England striker has been tipped to leave the Premier League this summer after 13 years at Old Trafford.

And the most lucrative offer is an eye-watering one from China, where many of the world’s best-paid players now ply their trade.

Rooney is United’s record goalscorer and has netted 253 goals in all competitions since 2004.

The 31-year-old has had a marked dip in form this season and has at times looked out of place in the pace and power of the Premier League.

But he also fancies a return to his former club Everton, who would not pay him anywhere near as much as the £480,000 a WEEK he could earn in China.

But Rooney came through the ranks at Goodison Park and has long been tipped to end his career there.

, the Toffees would offer Rooney around £150,000 a week.

He said after the Europa League final that he and wife Colleen will sit down and talk about his future over the next fortnight.

Rooney said: “There are lots of offers on the table, both in England and abroad, and really that’s what I have to decide on.

“I just have to make a decision in terms of football and that’s what I’ll do.

“I’ll do that in the next few weeks with my family.

“I’ve played for two clubs and they’re the only two Premier League clubs I’ll play for.”

Rooney’s former United team-mate Carlos Tevez plies his trade at Shanghai Shenhua in the CSL and earns up to £615,000 a WEEK in the Far East.
