Stoke City star Xherdan Shaqiri says he wants to win the Champions League and Premier League… and hopes to do it at Stoke

XHERDAN SHAQIRI is warning Stoke he wants titles and a return to the Champions League.
The winger has called on the club to further strengthen after they signed midfielder Darren Fletcher from West Brom.
And Switzerland star Shaqiri said the Potters are capable of matching Leicester’s remarkable title-winning feat.
Stoke faded to finish 13th last season. But Shaqiri said: “I’m trying to get the club to the top as leader. But I also want to play for titles again and be in the Champions League.
“We were up and down as a team this season. Now we want to attack again in the summer.
“The board must strengthen - other clubs will also be doing it.

Shaqiri already has a Champions League winners medal - winning Europe's premier competition in the 2012/13 season with Bayern Munich where he was an unused substitute in the final.
He signed for Mark Hughes' side in July 2015 from Inter Milan after just six months playing for the Italian giants.
The 25-year-old has scored seven times in 54 appearances in all competitions for Stoke City where he has established himself as the clubs top player.
