MANCHESTER UNITED are closing in on Monaco midfielder Fabinho in a £50million deal.
Monaco have already lost Bernardo Silva to Manchester City, with Benjamin Mendy set to join him at the Etihad.
Spanish outlet claim there has been a "remarkable advance" over the last few days on a deal to take the Brazilian to Old Trafford.

United boss Jose Mourinho is a long-term admirer of the player who can operate at full-back, and his outstanding displays in the Champions League show he can play in midfield as well.
That level of versatility is music to Mourinho's ears, as part of his summer plans are to strengthen in defence and midfield.
Fabinho is keen to come to England and has spoken of his admiration for the Premier League.
Earlier this year he said: "I know my name was linked with more than one English club but I'm happy at Monaco at the moment.
