After Aaron Ramsey's cheeky chip of a penalty -  known as a Panenka after the man who made it famous, Antonin Panenka - riot police were reported to have moved in to break up warring fans.

A Belgrade crowd of around 40,000 - Serbia's biggest in 10 years - became very disrupted as fears of a massive confrontation spread round the stadium.

Serbians were reported to have stolen Welsh flags and missiles, while punches were thrown between railings.

Ultimately the visitors had to settle for a 1-1 draw after Newcastle striker Aleksandar Mitrovic equalised.
