Steven N’Zonzi agrees Juventus deal as former Blackburn and Stoke midfielder nears £35million exit from Sevilla
Spanish club set to accept £35m release fee in instalments
STEVEN N'ZONZI is reportedly set for a stunning £35million switch to Juventus.
Sevilla are said to be ready to accept instalments for a bid that matches the former Blackburn and Stoke midfielder's release clause.
say that the Serie A giants could pay the fee over two or three years.
Barcelona had also been linked with N’Zonzi, who signed a fresh three-year deal in January.
And the Spanish giants could still enter the fray but the tough-tackling Frenchman, 28, is still exected to tie up a move to Turin.
Sam Allardyce brought N’Zonzi to Blackburn for £500,000 from French club Amiens in 2009.
He spent three seasons at Ewood Park and then another three at Stoke, following a £3m move, before joining Sevilla for £7m in 2015.
The money Sevilla bank from N'Zonzi's sale could deal Everton’s transfer plan a blow.
The Spanish club are expected to try and send some of the cash back to Juve by landing midfielder Mario Lemina.
