LIVERPOOL are continuing talks with Roma over winger Mohamed Salah - but are unwilling to pay over £35million.
The Reds valuation falls short of the Italian club's who have already rejected a £28m bid.
Salah is reported to have already met with Kop boss Jurgen Klopp and agreed personal terms with the club.
Sky Sports reported that Liverpool will come back with another bid for Salah and if accepted his medical could be as early as Tuesday.
Reports suggested Salah was going to postpone a trip back to his homeland to speed up a move.
But he is not in the city today to finalise a move as he has posted a picture of himself in Egypt on Instagram.

Salah, 25, has been a top target for Klopp this summer as he prepares for next season in the Champions League.
He has just enjoyed his best-ever season, scoring 19 goals in all competitions for Roma despite missing around six weeks through Egypt’s run in the Africa Cup of Nations.
Salah was involved in four of Egypt’s five goals with two goals and two assists as he led the Pharaohs to the finals, where they lost 2-1 to Cameroon.
Salah joined Chelsea from Basel in January 2014 but was sent packing on loan to Fiorentina just a year later.
He controversially rejected a return there in favour of Roma in the summer of 2015, eventually making his move to the Italian capital permanent in 2016.
