WATFORD have had a £10million offer rejected by Liverpool for Lazar Markovic, according to reports.
The Anfield side are keen to get the winger off their books after Jurgen Klopp sanctioned a move away.
That sparked the Hornets into life – but they have been stung with their first move for the attacker.

The attacker joined The Tigers in January on loan having spent the first half of the season at Sporting Lisbon.
Silva, who took charge of the Humberside outfit in January, got the best out of the wideman and is keen to renew acquaintances.
Markovic bagged twice in his twelve outings for Hull – including one against Watford in April – but was unable to stop them from suffering relegation.

Despite having been rebuffed in their first attempt, the Vicarage Road outfit are expected to go back with a further offer.

Markovic never managed to establish himself in the Liverpool side since his arrival in 2014 and left to join Fenerbahce on loan after just one season.
Meanwhile, Silva is wasting no time in bringing in his own men at Watford.
They secured the signing of highly-rated Derby midfielder Will Hughes earlier this week.
And they are battling it out with Newcastle for Angers winger Nicolas Pepe.
