Chelsea striker Bertrand Traore signs for Lyon in deal thought to be worth up to £17.5million
Forward, 21, becomes the latest youngster to leave Antonio Conte's Premier League-winning side
CHELSEA striker Bertrand Traore has signed for Ligue 1 side Lyon in a deal thought to be worth up to £17.5million.
The 21-year-old striker becomes the latest youngster to leave Antonio Conte's Premier League-winning side.
England hotshot Dominic Solanke signed for Liverpool last month.
Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas confirmed earlier this month that he had held advanced talks with Chelsea hierarchy over signing Traore.
The Burkino Faso star joined Chelsea's youth team in 2013 before breaking into the senior side a year later.
He was then sent on loan to Vitesse Arnhem and spent last season with Ajax, where he started the Europa League final defeat to Manchester United.
Traore last played for Chelsea in May 2016, in the 1-1 draw with Leicester.
He last scored for the Blues when bagging the opener in a 1-1 draw at home to Stoke in March last year.
