Cristiano Ronaldo is angry at Real Madrid but will snub Manchester United to stay, reckons Florentino Perez
Portuguese icon asked super-agent Jorge Mendes to seal a dream Old Trafford return after allegations of tax fraud
CRISTIANO RONALDO is angry at Real Madrid - but will snub a Manchester United return.
That is the belief of Los Blancos president Florentino Perez.
Ronaldo, 32, asked agent Jorge Mendes to seal him a dream move to Old Trafford after being accused of owing the Spanish tax man £13million.
Real's calculated backing of their star man is believed to have miffed the Portuguese icon.
But Perez told : "I know Cristiano is angry, but I think he will stay.
"I haven't spoken with him. The only thing that has to be done is to wait and talk after the Confederations [Cup]."
