SWANSEA have added the FIFTH Dutchman to their squad after signing goalkeeper Erwin Mulder.
The Heerenveen stopper has completed a free transfer to the Liberty Stadium.
The 28-year-old was out of contract at the Eredivisie club and has decided to try his luck in the Premier League instead of agreeing a new deal.
Former Holland Under-20 international Mulder arrived in South Wales today for talks.
And Paul Clement managed to quickly wrap-up the three-year deal with the stopper and his representatives Louis Laros and Patrick van Diemen.
Standing at 6ft 4ins, the big keeper will compete with regular No1 Lukasz Fabianski, 32, for a place between the sticks.
Mulder spent eight seasons with giants Feyenoord and played 120 times for the club.
He enjoyed a spell on loan at Excelsior during the 2008/09 campaign and kept guard of the net on 41 occasions during that season.

Heerenveen snapped him up on a free transfer two years as a replacement for Kristoffer Nordfeldt, who coincidentally moved to Swansea.
He captained the side on numerous occasions during his 68 appearances.
Now he will join his fellow countrymen Leroy Fer, Marvin Emnes, Mike van der Hoorn and Kenji Gorre at the Liberty.
Meanwhile, Swansea are also closing in on a deal for Coventry City youngster George Thomas.
The 20-year-old is out of contract this summer and is unlikely to want to play League Two football next season.
Having come through Coventry’s academy, he is expected to cost around £500,000 in compensation.

- The goalkeeper was born on March 3 1989 in Pannerden, Netherlands
- He joined Feyenoord aged 15
- Mulder played 120 appearances in the Dutch top-flight for the giants
- Excelsior had him on a season-long loan in the 2008/09 campaign
- Heerenveen secured his services on a free transfer in 2015

Thomas is unlikely to go straight into the Swans first-team.
A loan move to a Championship side next season appears to be the most likely option in the next step of his development rather than playing for Swansea’s U23s.
