SIR ALEX FERGUSON labelled Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola a "s*** bag" over the deal that took the superstar away from Manchester United.

The legendary Scotsman had egg on his face when United paid £89million for the star last summer, just four years after Fergie let him leave Old Trafford for free.

Raiola masterminded the deal that took the France star back to England, pocketing a rumoured £41m in the process.

But United ambassador Sir Alex has still not forgiven the master negotiator and insulted him during a speech to rugby league side Sale Sharks.

South African prop Brian Mujati asked the veteran manager how United – with all their resources – let Pogba leave their successful youth team.

And the manager’s reaction was caught on camera and shared online.

Mujati said: “Sir Alex, with all this coaching and analysis, why was no one able to acknowledge the undeniable talent that is Paul Pogba?

“Why was no one able to identify that Paul Pogba was going to be a £100m player?”

The retired boss replied: “Paul Pogba? He had a bad agent. A s*** bag.

Ferguson and Raiola have swapped plenty of insults since Pogba was whisked away to become a star at Juventus.

The Scot described their strained relationship as clashing like "oil and water".

And, in his most recent autobiography, the United icon continued his frosty approach to the agent.

In his book, Ferguson wrote: "There are one or two football agents I simply do not like, and Mino Raiola is one of them."
