ROSS BARKLEY faces an uncertain future at Everton after being left at home for the pre-season tour of Tanzania.

But the Dutchman has made no secret of his disdain for Barkley’s ongoing contract saga, dropping the England international on numerous occasions last term.
And reports claim Barkley could be sold before the end of the transfer window as he enters the final year of his current deal.
Everton have embarked on a huge spending spree this summer, with new arrivals Wayne Rooney and Davy Klaassen both capable of playing in Barkley’s No.10 position.
There could yet be another playmaker arriving at Goodison Park, with Swansea’s £50million-rated ace Gylfi Sigurdsson wanted by Koeman.
Everton are yet to reveal when Barkley will return from his latest setback, with the group heading to the Netherlands in a week’s time.
But with Arsenal and Tottenham poised to make offers, it could be that Barkley has played his last game in a Toffees’ shirt.
