Alvaro Morata trains with Chelsea team-mates for first time since £65million move from Real Madrid
Striker Morata joined up with Blues squad in Singapore as Chelsea continue their pre-season preparations
ALVARO MORATA has trained with his new Chelsea team-matres for the first time since his £65million move from Real Madrid.
Morata completed his club record transfer to Stamford Bridge last week while the rest of the squad were in China preparing to face Arsenal.
The Spanish international flew out to Singapore yesterday where he watched the side's 3-0 victory over the Gunners in the Bird's Nest Stadium on TV.
Antonio Conte and his squad then made the trip to Singapore overnight and Morata met his new colleagues at breakfast this morning.
Then Conte took his players out for a light training session as the club prepare to face Bayern Munich in a friendly on Tuesday.
The Premier League champions will spend the whole week in Singapore, where they also face Inter Milan on Saturday night.
One player who has not made the journey to the second leg of the pre-season tour is attacker Pedro.
The Spanish international suffered concussion during the clash with Arsenal when he felt the full force of a dangerous diving clearance from Gunners keeper David Ospina.
