BEN GIBSON will be offered a lucrative new deal at Middlesbrough to convince him to stay at the Riverside.
West Brom are interested in signing the 24-year-old who impressed last season at centre-back despite the club being relegated.
The reports the defender will discuss the terms of a new deal with his uncle, Boro chairman Steve Gibson.
West Brom are believed to be preparing a new offer for the player after an £18 million bid was rejected by Boro.
Tottenham and Leicester are also interested in the rising star who got his first call-up to the England squad for the World Cup qualifier against Lithuania in March.
Gibson was a stand-out performer at the heart of defence last season as Boro kept 11 clean sheets. But a lack of goals saw the club relegated to the Sky Bet Championship.
West Brom have made three signings so far this summer, with Jay Rodriguez, Zhang Yuning and Ahmed Hegazy arriving at the Hawthorns.
Baggies boss Tony Pulis intends to add further numbers to his squad.
