NEYMAR'S £196million move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain could be BLOCKED by La Liga, as chief Javier Tebas refuses to accept his release clause.
The LFP boss believes the payment of the fee will break Financial Fair Play rules and could yet stand in the way of world-record deal.
Earlier on Wednesday morning, Barca told Neymar he could move to Ligue 1 giants PSG before the Brazilian said his goodbyes to his team-mates.
However, La Liga boss Tebas is now prepared to step in and veto the deal.
Tebas said: "Although PSG didn't pay the clause we will denounce them.
"We advised the PSG president what we were going to do and we saw PSG's policy continue along the same line.
"They cannot make a number in which their commercial rights are greater than those of Real Madrid and Barcelona.
"Nobody believes this."
