PSG sell staggering 10,000 Neymar shirts in ONE DAY — more than Angel Di Maria in two years as they look balance books with Uefa

Ligue 1 side need to justify incredible £198million outlay and have made excellent start shirt sales on Brazilian's first day

PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN are reported to have sold a staggering 10,000 Neymar shirts — in just ONE DAY.

Well, with personalised shirts being sold on the club’s website at £140, this will go a long way toward helping that.

Remarkably, the Ligue 1 giants sold more Neymar shirts in just one day than they have Angel Di Maria jerseys since 2015.

And the Argentine could argue he is now the club’s No 2 star in terms of market value.

PSG may well need to prove they have the income to justify such a huge outlay on one player.

But they have around 12 months to find ways of recouping enough to break even.

The easiest way, of course, is to sell players.
