Monaco star Kylian Mbappe left out of squad AGAIN by Leonardo Jardim as £163million PSG deal edges closer
Striker has been linked away with a move from Ligue 1 champions all summer, and looks poised to join Neymar in Paris
KYLIAN MBAPPE has been left out of the Monaco side to face Metz on Friday night as a £163million transfer to Paris Saint-Germain edges closer.
The 18-year-old was on the bench for the Ligue 1 champions against Dijon last time out, but has been axed from the squad entirely by boss Leonardo Jardim.
He had to watch from the dugout last weekend as his side romped to a 4-1 victory, as his striking partner Radamel Falcao helped himself to a hat-trick.
And it looks likely that the two will never link up again as a move to join Unai Emery's side grows ever closer by the day.
He has once again been omitted by the former Olympiacos manager for tomorrow's league clash in Metz.
Mbappe - who is believed to be keen on a Paris switch - is set to link up with Brazilian trickster Neymar after he joined from Barcelona for a world-record fee of £198m.
PSG are on the verge of signing him as the teenager is set for showdown talks with Monaco chiefs this week.
He is set to snub a move to link up with Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid, where he knows he will pocket in the region of £200,000-a-week at the Parc des Princes.
