ARSENAL, Liverpool and Chelsea have all reportedly contacted Paris Saint-Germain about signing Julian Draxler.
The German international has been told he can leave the Ligue 1 outfit before the end of this summer's transfer window.
And the claim the Premier League trio have all made a move for the 23-year-old.
Draxler only moved to the French capital from Wolfsburg in January.
He has bagged 10 goals in 25 appearances for PSG since then, but that has not been enough to convince them his long-term future is at the club.
The attacker has now found himself surplus to requirements following the world-record signing of Neymar for £198million from Barcelona.
SunSport reported yesterday that Arsenal were plotting a £32m swoop for the winger.
But Jurgen Klopp is also keen on adding the World Cup winger to his ranks at Anfield.

Meanwhile, Chelsea chief Antonio Conte is frantically trying to bolster his champions.
The Blues made a nightmare start to the new season as they had both Gary Cahill and Cesc Fabregas sent off on their opening day 3-2 defeat to Burnley.
And despite the arrival of Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid, Conte still wants to add more firepower to his side.
Draxler did not feature for PSG as they defeated Guingamp last Sunday.
He looks unlikely to figure when they welcome Toulouse to the Parc des Princes tomorrow evening.
