Kylian Mbappe does NOT want to leave Monaco… but club chiefs are forcing him out to cash in on bumper £161million pay-day
THE future of Kylian Mbappe has arguably been the transfer story of the summer... Neymar aside.
Monaco have been fervently claiming their 18-year-old wonderkid is not for sale and there would be "no more departures" this summer.
With Bernardo Silva and Benjamin Mendy joining Manchester City, as well as Tiemoue Bakayoko linking up with Chelsea, they already lost their fair share of stars.
The suggestion has been that Mbappe is hoping to land a move to a bigger club, such as Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid.
PSG are reportedly on the brink of a loan deal for the youngster, with a view to a £128million plus Lucas Moura permanent move next year.
Elsewhere, Real Madrid have claimed they have seen a £161m bid for the French international accepted and he will soon be a Galactico.
However, reports from Yahoo France are sensationally claiming that Mbappe does NOT want to leave... and would rather spend his formative footballing years in Monaco.
The 18-year-old striker's contract runs out in June 2019, with no fresh offer on the table as yet.

The four-cap France international netted 26 goals and added eight assists as the European elite came knocking.
it is believed Mbappe would prefer to stay at Monaco for a number of reasons.
But one of the key thoughts for the youngster at the moment is his participation at next summer's World Cup in Russia.
Mbappe would more than likely play a bit-part role at this stage of his career at one of the attacker-packed squads of PSG or Real Madrid.
Meanwhile, at Monaco, he would almost certainly be given the keys to the striking ranks and thus give his international dreams a major boost.
However, the Ligue 1 champions look dead-set on selling in order to rake in even more money this summer... against the player's wishes.
