But Coutinho didn’t show off his fresh trim for the cameras, preferring instead to keep his barnet under wraps using a black baseball cap.

Whether he’ll continue to get his hair cut in Liverpool remains to be seen, with Barca ready to take him to the Nou Camp in a deal worth £136m.

SunSport exclusively revealed that the Catalans will return with a final bid for Coutinho before the end of the transfer window after already failing with THREE offers.

Barcelona’s new proposal would see Liverpool bag £100m up front, with the other £36m coming in the forms of instalments and bonuses.

Coutinho himself is being offered a highly lucrative five-year contract to become Neymar’s direct replacement.

But although the ex-Inter Milan youngster wants the move, Liverpool aren’t so keen themselves.

The Reds previously released a statement insisting Coutinho would not be sold in the window, leading to the player handing in a formal transfer request.

He is yet to make a single appearance this season, with Liverpool citing “illness” ahead of tonight’s Champions League qualifier against Hoffenheim.

However, Jurgen Klopp insists there are no issues behind the scenes and expects the player to become available again shortly.

He said: “Of course [everything is OK]. You ask if everything is OK between me and him. I answer of course. Yes. Absolutely. Nothing has changed.”
