CHELSEA flop Loic Remy is reportedly in talks with Swansea and former club Newcastle over a loan move.
Remy returned to Stamford Bridge after an unsuccessful season on loan at Crystal Palace.
He still has a season to run on his £80,000-a-week contract but does not feature in Antonio Conte’s plans and is keen to move on.
And Chelsea will not stand in the way of his departure despite paying £8.5million to sign the French international from QPR three years ago.
Remy, 30, started just one Premier League game for Palace last season and it is more than 18 months since he scored his last goal back in December, 2015.
Former club Marseille were linked with a reunion.
But Remy's wages have so far stood in the way of the striker making a permanent move away from Stamford Bridge.
Toon and Swans are both in need of firepower and, according to , are set to offer him an escape route, with Remy set to leave on a free at the end of the season.
