SWANSEA have tabled an offer of £12million for Norwich City striker Nelson Oliveira to replace Fernando Llorente.
The Spanish international is poised to join Tottenham for £15m, while Chelsea are vying to bring the ex-Juventus star to Stamford Bridge.
Oliveira, 26, is no stranger to Swans fans having spent the back end of the 2014/15 season on loan at the Liberty Stadium.
However he failed to achieve cult status during his short stay in Wales - scoring just once in 11 games in all competitions.
But the Portuguese international has somewhat reinvented himself in the Championship with Nottingham Forest and the Canaries.
Nine goals in 28 matches earned himself a permanent switch to Carrow Road, where he netted 15 times in 31 outings in the 2016/17 campaign, and his impressive form has carried on this season.
Three goals in four games has brought himself to the attention of his former employers, where he is set for another crack in the Premier League.
Paul Clement is on the hunt for new forwards before the end of the transfer window to challenge Tammy Abraham up front in the starting XI.
