DIAFRA SAKHO has been told to get back to the departure lounge immediately if he wants to leave West Ham today.
The rebel striker wants to meet club supremo David Sullivan to get out of the club and even chartered a plane to undertake a medical at French side Rennes yesterday - without club permission.
Hammers co-chairman Sullivan is in Spain at the moment on a working holiday and trying to secure a loan deal for Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes before the 11pm deadline.
A club source said: "If Diafra's that desperate to leave he needs to get to the airport straightaway and get back in his plane. David is there and the clock's ticking."
Sakho was not at training this morning instead opting to go to Chelmsford races where he had a horse running - Siege of Boston which won the 3.20.
Sakho has been after a pay rise or a move away from the club for a long time.
He barely played last season because of a back injury.
It is another unwanted headache for troubled West Ham manager Slaven Bilic who is under pressure after losing the first three games of the season to leave his team bottom of the Premier League.
