ROSS BARKLEY is inside the M25 and wants to complete a move to one of the big London clubs.
The England international is determined to leave Everton and develop his career elsewhere and that looks like nation's capital - according to Football Whispers.
That is despite the fact that he started his career at the club and they developed him into the player he is today.

Arsenal look as though they are set to miss out on Thomas Lemar, despite selling Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
It also looks like Alexis Sanchez will STAY at Arsenal.
It could impact their business in terms of singing Barkley as well, with Tottenham reluctant to spend too much money on transfers.
It would leave Chelsea as another possible destination, but Antonio Conte has had a mixed transer window so far, despite signing Tiemoue Bakayoko, Alvaro Morata and Antonio Rudiger.
