are claiming that the Premier League champions have been given the green light to push ahead with the deal.

The Algerian remains a Fox for now... just as he did despite all the Arsenal rumours in the summer... and in January.... and amid a bucketful of Chelsea, Arsenal and Barcelona rumours now.

It was understood he was heading to London and Stamford Bridge to sign for Chelsea.

Barcelona were also reported to be interested in the 2015-16 title winner but it appears Antonio Conte who has won the race for the wide man.
