Manchester United transfer news: Isco to reject Red Devils and Tottenham and sign Real Madrid mega-deal this season, confirms Florentino Perez
ISCO will end Manchester United and Tottenham's hopes of signing him by formally agreeing a new deal at Real Madrid.
The attacking-midfielder has picked up where he left off at the end of last season, excelling at the Bernabeu for both club and country.
The Spanish international scored twice as La Roja romped to a 3-0 win against Italy at Real Madrid's stadium.
And Isco has been rewarded with a new deal by the current La Liga and Champions League holders.
Madrid president Florentino Perez confirmed that the 25-year-old, who is under contract until 2018, has agreed an extension with an announcement to come in the upcoming days.
The Bernabeu chief told Cadena SER: "Isco arrived here when he was very young and all he has done is improve.
"He is currently playing as we believed he would turn out.
"We will be announcing his contract renewal in the coming days, a renewal which is a done deal."
Both United and Spurs have held a long-term interest in the midfielder but any dreams of bringing him to England in the near future have now been ended.
