IVAN PERISIC has SNUBBED Manchester United by putting pen to paper on a new five-year contract at Inter Milan.
The Croatian winger, 28, was one of Jose Mourinho's top targets, but has now committed his long-term future to the Serie A giants.
Jose Mourinho had been tirelessly pursuing the star this summer window - even offering Anthony Martial in a part-exchange deal.
Inter Milan revealed Perisic had signed the new contract - running until at least 2022 on Instagram and Twitter.
They also released a statement which read: "FC Internazionale Milano are happy to announce that Ivan Perisic has renewed his contract and will remain with the Nerazzurri until 30th June 2022!
"Born in Split on 2nd February 1989, Ivan joined Inter during the 2015-16 season.
"He has since gone on to make 81 appearances in Serie A, domestic cups and the Europa League.
"He has scored 20 goals for Inter but the story won’t end here…"

While unconfirmed, reports in Italy are claiming Inter have added an anti-Manchester United clause, meaning Perisic could never link up with Mourinho's men.
The Croatian ace is set to earn around £4million-a-year at the San Siro side and will reportedly not have a release clause in it.
It had been thought the club would insert a £64m release fee clause, but have left it out this time.
Perisic has already turned out twice in Serie A this season, scoring once - in a 3-0 demolition job of Fiorentina.
