WEST HAM could help equal a very-unwanted, 122-year record if they lose at home to Huddersfield Town on Monday night.
Should the Hammers falter, it would be the first time in 122 years that THREE teams had all lost their opening four top-flight games.
Back in 1895-96, Birmingham, Bury and West Brom all managed the feat... but it's never been replicated since.
However, back to the present day in 2017-18, Crystal Palace and Bournemouth have both gone point-less thus far.
Their losses at the hands of Burnley and Arsenal this weekend respectively have seen them remain stranded on zero points.
The pair have already equalled a record of their own, too.
Not since 1956-57 have two sides gone without a point in their first four games.
In fact, Crystal Palace's start is arguably the worst in Premier League history, becoming the first team to go without a point or even a goal through four games.
Excluding Palace and the Cherries - and possibly the Hammers - EIGHT other teams have failed to pick up a Prem point in their first four games.
Half of them ended the season dead-last, the other half survived relegation altogether... with Aston Villa in 1998 even finishing as high as seventh.
So while West Ham will be looking to avoid the dreaded drop, they'll first have to try to avoid the record going back over a century...
