claim that Raiola and Mendes - who have rarely moved for English players - are in the race for the 21-year-old.

Alli had been with Segal and Impact Sports Management since he was a 15-year-old.

Harry Hickford, Alli's house-mate who moved in with his family aged 13 and regarded as a brother, will also have a role in managing the footballer's career.

Hickford will likely be given a formal contract by whichever agency eventually signs the midfield star.

Raiola, who has Manchester United quartet Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Romelu Lukaku and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in his stable, has no English players.

Alli signing with either man would lead to a surge in speculation that the talented young star will be heading out of White Hart Lane.

Real Madrid and Barcelona, as well as a host of other European giants, are already keeping tabs on him.

Alli has five years left on his deal but is likely to be given another pay-rise this term.

Daniel Levy is said to be desperate to keep the youngster until Spurs have spent at least one season in their new stadium.
