Arsenal vs Cologne: What would have happened if the Europa League clash was abandoned?

ARSENAL vs Cologne has now kicked off after a ONE HOUR delay.
Up to 20,000 German supporters are in London and many were caught charging the turnstiles ahead of the game.
Here is all you need to know if the match does not go ahead.
What will happen if Arsenal vs Cologne is abandoned?
The Uefa match delegate will ultimately decide what should happen if the game does not finish.
The first thing European football's governing body is likely to attempt to do is ensure the match is played.
That means that both teams could be asked to come back and play the remaining minutes tomorrow morning.
And if the risk of fan violence is too great for the match to be held, it could be played behind closed doors.
But alternatively, Uefa could decide that, as the trouble was the fault of Cologne fans, Arsenal will be awarded a 3-0 win.
This is what happened when Serbia fans forced their match away to Italy to be abandoned in 2010.
But there is also an unlikely scenario which would see Uefa decide Arsenal's incompetence was to blame for the match not going ahead.
In that event, the Germans could be awarded a 3-0 victory.
