WAYNE ROONEY has been slapped with a two-week fine of £320,000 by Everton after being handed community service for his drink drive conviction.

The 31-year-old has to complete a 100-hour course of community service within that year, after being hit in the pocket by Toffees boss Ronald Koeman.

Rooney had a breathalyser reading of 104 micrograms - the legal limit is 35 micrograms per 100ml of breath.

He was attempting to drive party girl Laura Simpson home after a drinking session at a bar in Cheshire.

The former Manchester United forward played in Everton's 4-0 defeat at Old Trafford yesterday.

And he will not be seen driving to Finch Farm anytime in the near future, after being given a two-year ban behind the wheel.
