TOTTENHAM are reportedly monitoring the performances of Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun.
The 26-year-old has become a hot commodity over the past year and has a number of clubs interested in securing his services.

Both Newcastle United and Crystal Palace have already attempted to bring the star to England.
The Premier League duo failed with bids at the end of last month's transfer window.
But now Turkish giants Besiktas are bracing themselves for more interest in the winter and have slapped a £17.5million valuation on his head.

Discussing the interest from the Magpies and Eagles, Tosun told : "Crystal Palace offered €13.5 million on transfer deadline day.
"Had they made the bid a week earlier I would be playing in the Premier League right now.
"I would only leave Besiktas if I made my club money and if the circumstances are right.
"Now I'm focused on winning my third consecutive league title, playing Champions League football and focusing on international football."
