Karim Benzema to sign new Real Madrid contract on Thursday with Frenchman set to stay at Bernabeu until 2021 with pay rise
French striker set to become the fourth player to commit his future to Zinedine Zidane in recent weeks
KARIM BENZEMA will reportedly become the latest Real Madrid player to sign a new contract extension.
claim the striker will pen a deal until 2021 on Thursday, making him the fourth Real star to commit his future in recent times.
Isco, Marcelo and Dani Carvajal are the three who have already signalled their intent by penning fresh terms.
And it’s believed Raphael Varane and Marco Asensio will soon follow suit as Zinedine Zidane looks to tie down the club’s younger key men.
Benzema is currently tied down until 2019 and earns £150,000-a-week at the Santiago Bernabeu.
But he should expect to see his wages rise dramatically after helping Real win three Champions Leagues in the last four years.
Benzema has also scored an incredible 181 goals as he enters his ninth La Liga season in the Spanish capital.
And after being linked with a shock move abroad during the summer, he insists he has no desire to play anywhere else.
